Overview
A family Corgi breeding program needed to take reservations and deposits online, keep families updated with photos and documents, and run the whole program from an admin panel instead of a notebook.
The challenge
Waitlists, deposits and litter updates were tracked by hand. Families had no single place to see their reservation, paperwork and photos.
What we built
Three apps on one API: a public website with a family portal, an admin panel, and an Express API that owns every business rule (reservation workflow, payments, document access). Staff and family logins use separate token scopes so a family token can never reach an admin route.
