Overview
HM Dwelling builds and manages homes and developments. They needed a marketing site their staff could update, plus a working portal where managers draft contracts, contractors sign them online, and projects track budgets and expenses.
The challenge
Contracts were paper and email. Project budgets lived in spreadsheets. The website could not show current developments or homes for sale without a developer.
What we built
One codebase, one database, three products. The public site renders content from the website admin (developments, services, team, testimonials, inquiries). The operations portal handles contractor onboarding, contract drafting, in-house e-signature with a sealed PDF and signature certificate, and projects with budgets, categorised expenses, receipts and reports.
