Mira wanted guests to browse the menu, order for delivery or pickup, book a table and earn loyalty points, while staff process orders and manage the menu from one dashboard.
The challenge
Third-party ordering apps took a cut of every order and owned the customer relationship. Reservations were by phone.
What we built
A Next.js guest website with menu filtering, cart and checkout, delivery and pickup, reservations, accounts with order history and loyalty points. The admin dashboard shows real-time orders, menu management, reservations, customers and reports. Email and delivery notifications are built in.
